5-year warranty on the frame, motor, and lift mechanism. 1-year warranty on surface finish and electronics (control panel, USB ports). Covers manufacturing defects under normal use.
5-year warranty on the frame and gas lift. 2-year warranty on upholstery, foam, and mechanisms (tilt, recline, armrests). Covers normal wear failures, not accidental damage or misuse.
2-year warranty on all lighting fixtures, including LED panels, lamps, and bias lighting strips. Covers electrical and hardware defects.
1-year warranty on microphones, webcams, headphones, and mixers, covering manufacturing defects in materials and electronics.
1-year warranty on monitor arms, keyboards, mice, and other accessories. Consumable items like desk mats and cable sleeves are covered for 90 days against manufacturing defects.
Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, unauthorized modifications, and damage from improper assembly aren't covered under warranty. If you're unsure whether an issue qualifies, just reach out — we're happy to take a look.
