Every order comes with a 30-day window from the date of delivery to decide whether it's working for you. Set it up, use it for a few days, adjust the height, try the chair for a full workday — that's the only way to really know.

The guarantee applies to desks, seating, lighting, audio & video gear, and accessories purchased directly from Workframe. Items should be returned in good, reusable condition — normal trial use is expected and fine.
Custom or made-to-order items, gift cards, and items returned more than 30 days after delivery aren't eligible under this guarantee, though our standard warranty may still apply for defects.
